This one has proven itself over and over again through the last 12 months of testing. This is a carpet feed that fish find almost irresistible. Can be balled, cupped, used in method feeder, used as a stick mix or as a paste.

    Tips

    • Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
    • We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
    • 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
    • Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.
