We have managed to source a sustainable top quality insect protein meal, this black solider fly (BSF) meal is the de-fatted version, which is very important when including it in any bait due to the high levels of saturated fats which congeal and can become solid at almost room temperature. This meal is now being widely used in the fishing bait and animal feed industry. Please take consideration in to the amount used in bottom baits, due to the light nature of this product it will add buoyancy to baits.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 20% – (200g) per kg base mix.

Our new Super – Sect Groundbait has been formulated with a some of the finest BSF (British solider fly) meal available, along with a mixture of highly attractive additives, mixed spices, cream enhancers, milk powders, our in-house bait boost powder & feed stimulants. Our BSF meal has been sourced from a biotechnology company, and leading insect producer for animal and plant nutrition. To do so, they chose to develop a unique and pioneering technology to rear and transform the Hermetia illucens (Black Soldier Fly) for animal and plant nutrition. More than 100 types of co-products evaluated and 200 recipes tested in order to design the substrate that today perfectly meets the nutritional needs of the larvae at each stage of development (Make sure your supply has been fed correctly & isn’t being fed any old waste). High in protein, healthy fats, and essential vitamins, it offers numerous environmental benefits, including reduced greenhouse gas emissions and lower land use. Tips
- Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
- We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
- 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
- Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

This mix contain’s pure green lipped mussel, krill meal, shrimp meal and squid meal, all are absolutely rammed with attraction and nutritional goodness. We have also included a mixture of the highest grade, ultra soluble hydrolysate powders available and if that isn’t enough we have also added the most pungent and powerful soluble fishmeal attractor available (CPSP 90), which has created a seriously devastating soluble groundbait. It has been designed to hold together allowing it to reach the bottom of the lake bed before it starts to breakdown. Can be balled, cupped, used in method feeder, used as a stick mix or as a paste.

Medium Mixed Pellets

This devastating pellet mix includes a variety of coppens, skretting, bloodworm and krill pellets in mixed sizes. The best quality feed pellets available, which have been tried and tested by many anglers over the years. Each pellet has a protein content in excess of 40%. The pellet sizes range from 3mm-11mm, these pellets have been developed for use in the aquaculture industry. When blended together the resulting mix is a product, which breaks down at different speeds, leaking powerful attractors and appetite stimulants in the water, constantly pulling fish into the area, suited to both coarse and specimen fishing. This mix can be loose fed, added to groundbait, soaked & made into a paste and also used in PVA bags.
