We have included some high quality ingredients, additives & liquids into the new formulation, creating a highly attractive and nutritional pellet. The formulation contains a reasonable inclusion of pure green lipped mussel powder. We have also incorporated our premium LT-94 fishmeal, high quality yeast powders, in-house soluble amino acid supplement, in-house booster additive, premium liquid hydrolysates, fish oils & more. More than 100 types of co-products evaluated and 200 recipes tested in order to design the substrate that today perfectly meets the nutritional needs of the larvae at each stage of development (Make sure your supply has been fed correctly & isn’t being fed any old waste). Tips
- Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
- We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
- 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
- Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

These premium grade stick & bag mixes have been formulated with the highest quality ingredients and additives available. This mix has been crammed with a variety of mixed nuts, roasted peanut meal & soluble peanut protein flour adding instant attraction, if this isn’t enough we have also added a variety of premium grade yeast powders.We have also incorporated some semi buoyant ingredients allowing the mix to leave a trail of attraction through the water column, along with some of our in-house mini ultra mix pellet which offers a whopping 9 different pellets all with different break down times, keeping the fish grubbing around.
