Our NEWLY SOURCED premium tuna hydrolysate has been formulated using 100% pure raw tuna flesh. This fantastic super soluble liquid is the closest we’ve come to the original L-Zero-30. Yet another hydrolysate liquid we have been lucky enough to source from the leading global manufacturer of premium functional hydrolysates in liquid and powder form. This world wide multi-billon pound company produce only the best nutritional and extremely attractive hydrolysates available. This absolutely outstanding ultra soluble hydrolysate is packed with free form amino acids and also offers great palpability which in turn gives a much higher feed intake.

These premium hydrolysate liquids go through an intense 5 stage process, where carefully selected natural enzymes are used to completely break down the protein into single amino acids, creating an ultra soluble and palatable hydrolysate. A good way to check the quality of the hydrolysate is to mix it in water. The hydrolysate should fully dissolve, leaving no deposits sitting at the bottom, once settled.

Great multi-range product, useful for spod/stick/base mixes/animal feeds etc.

The recommended inclusion level is up to 50ml per kg base mix, depending on the amount of other liquids you might be adding.

New Ultra Buoyant Fluoro Orange Pop Up Mix

*Please note that you will need to add more of the new pop up mix to your liquid egg than with our original mix, not adding enough pop up mix with create really soft pop ups. You need to add as much pop up mix as you can, stopping just before the dough goes too dry.

This pop-up mix will make extremely buoyant hook baits which will remain buoyant for days (we tested a 12mm for 5 days). We have been asked over and over again for a pop-up mix that is buoyant enough for a 12mm hook bait to hold a size 4 hook up with a ring swivel, look no further this pop-up does just that. The 12mm hook baits we have experimented with have stayed popped up for 5 days, we then stopped testing. Made with Milk and Egg Proteins thus increasing leakage, it also takes on attractors and flavours extremely well, you will find it easy to use and roll. It has a firm texture but remains soft enough to use with a bait needle without excessive force.

One egg will take approximately 80-100 grams of pop-up mix. You will get approximately 5 pots of pop ups per 250 grams of pop-up mix once made.

Simply add 40g Fluoro dye per kg plain pop-up mix to create fluorescent hook baits. For washed out add 20g white dye and 20g fluoro dye per kg pop up mix. These are recommendations and can be altered until you achieve your desired colour. Add both pop-up mix and your chosen dyes into a large plastic bag, then close bag trapping some air inside and shake well until mixed evenly.

With this mix being so buoyant it allows you to add extra base mix when creating wafters.

For shelf life hook baits add 10-15ml of bait preserve per egg. It is important to remember the main part of the process is to dry your hook baits well prior to storing, usually a minimum of 48hrs, it can be slightly longer in the colder months due to extra moisture being in the air, the longer your hook baits are dried the less the moisture content will be helping to prevent mould growth.

This pop up mix requires boiling for roughly 90 seconds for a 12mm and 120secs for 15mm hook baits.

Fluoro Pink Wafter Mix

After being asked many many times for a wafter mix we are extremely happy to offer this superb mix. Made with Milk and Egg Proteins thus increasing leakage, it also takes on attractors and flavours extremely well, you will find it easy to use and roll. It has a firm texture but remains soft enough to use with a bait needle without excessive force. This wafter mix has been made on the buoyant side allowing you to add base mix when creating matching hook baits. When being used without any other powders added to the mix a dumbell wafter (12mm size nozzle on a 15mm rolling table) will sit nicely using a size 4 hook with a ring swivel. There is always going to be a little trial and error when creating these sort of hook baits, you can alter the buoyancy of the mix by adding more powders to the wafter mix until you achieve your desired waft. Make sure you write everything down in percentages, you can then alter your percentages until you achieve your required buoyancy, also remember the buoyancy will increase slightly as the hook bait dries out, vice versa once the hook baits takes no water it will decrease the buoyancy. Black Standard Dye (E151, E102 & E123)

Black full strength colour. This powdered colour has been selected over numerous cheaper alternatives after vigorous testing. This bait colourant will die baits black unlike some of the many colours we tested.

Recommended inclusion levels are 5-40 g/kg. Please note: This is the recommended starting amount. You can add less for a more washed out colour or add more for a brighter/darker colour. Also note you can only make mixes darker with colourants (Dark base mixes/ingredients will not turn into a lighter colour).

This dye is Soluble.
