This (Trusoy) soya flour we supply is a Fine-ground, enzyme inactive, full-fat soya flour, this has a protein content of about 40% and can be used to aid binding. It will make rolling easier as it has higher levels of oil and fats that also help baits to retain moisture.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 35% – (350g) per kg base mix.
