The producer uses a special procedure which ensure’s maximum protection of the sensitive components and active ingredients within the brewers yeast. This brewers yeast contains a higher protein level, contains more valuable and highly available ingredients (enzymes, B vitamins, amino acids and minerals) and taste’s much smoother. Our hookbaits undergo an intensive, three-stage, high-pressure vacuum infusion process. We believe this method is the only way to truly infuse liquids deep into the core of each bait:

This fantastic sweetener has a slight cream taste and is around 1500/1800 times sweeter than table sugar. This ultra strong sweetener won’t leave any bitter after taste and lingers in the mouth for some time. An important synergetic quality of NHDC is the enhancing sweet effect if it is combined with other sweeteners. This is many times higher than if you solely use NHDC or a single sweetener. This is where the real power lies! It amplifies the perception of other sweeteners and flavours and is absolutely essential in every sweet bait. A high quality NHDC sweetener will leave a sensory feel in the mouth (almost like a fresh airwaves chewing gum).
