The options may be chosen on the product pageOur premium grade Norwegian Lt-94 Fishmeal is produced from whole blue whiting NOT TRIMMINGS and HEADS which lower quality fishmeal’s contain, some contain a high % of trimmings and heads (ground bone) which will still contain protein but won’t offer the same digestibility to carp. Making this Premium LT-94 far far superior to other available fish meals, it has been treated at much lower drying temperatures allowing the fishmeal to keep a great essential amino acid profile along with its nutritional qualities. With an oil content of around 11% and a protein content of 72% (of which 94% is digestible) LT-94 is the one to choose If you’re looking to make a genuinely high quality fish meal bait.

Whey Protein Concentrate – WPC 35%

Recommend inclusion level is up to 20% – (200g) per kg base mix. Inclusion rate’s of around 7.5 – 10% in a Fishmeal based bait is sufficient, higher levels can be used in a Milk/Birdfood/Nut type mixes around 10 – 20%.

Fructose

It is a welcome feed stimulant when carp fishing and highly palatable to the fish. Great for naturally sweetening your base mixes, groundbaits, method mixes etc.
Recommended inclusion level is 20g – 50g per kg (2 -5%) as a guide.

Description
We have managed to source this outstanding krill meal (QRILL Pet) which has a stronger more pungent aroma and a darker deeper orange colour compared to the krill Aqua, with a minimum protein content of 60%, plus a higher essential amino acid and Omega 3 content making this the highest quality krill meal available (you won’t find better anywhere). The texture that is obtained from including Krill meal in to baits aids higher leakage of attractors in to the water. This is a heavier material (not had as much oil extracted) but we still advise to take consideration in to the amount used in bottom baits, due to the light nature of this product it will still add buoyancy to baits.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 10% – (100g) per kg base mix (bottom baits), dependant on other ingredients used.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 20% – (200g) per kg base mix when being used in floating/buoyant mixes.

50/50 Base Mix
Over the last few years, we have worked tremendously hard sourcing only the highest quality ingredients, liquids, and additives available from all over the globe. Many of our new products are now exclusive to AA Baits, which allows us to formulate and offer the very best, premium quality in-house mixes, available on the market. That being said, we do keep a handful of specially sourced products close to our chest, making our mixes stand out from the rest 😉. In order for all our customers to receive a premium mix at a very fair price, we have always supplied direct. Cutting out the middle man allows us to operate using all our finest ingredients and stimulants. This also allows our finest products to be used at optimal levels.
This base mix is made with milk proteins and food grade ingredients this 50/50 mix is ideal for customizing your own baits allowing you to add any of your chosen ingredients (50% – 50/50 base mix, 50% your chosen ingredients) for a totally different baiting approach. It is advised to add oil when making this mix. Please read below for an example on how we recommend this basemix is to be used.
Use approximately 9 eggs per Kg of dry base mix.
All our base mix’s are tried, tested and roll perfectly. We use only the highest quality ingredients available.
Contains: Semolina, Full Fat (Trusoy) Soya Flour, Milk Powders and Maize Flour to name just a few ingredients in the mix.
Our mixes do arrive ready to roll, but many of our customers do add their own ingredients and additives to make it a unique formulation. Please bear in mind altering the mix may affect the rolling so some trial and error might be required depending on the products being added.

TIP: When making your own boilies it gives you the chance to NOT boil some. This allows you to have baits that haven’t been boiled, which in turn looses some goodness. But most of all it allows these baits to break down and disperse all the soluble attractors and feed stimulants into your swim much faster. These baits would require being kept in a bucket/container to save being crushed/broken once dried. Again these baits wouldn’t be hard enough to be used in a throwing stick.
