This hydrolysed liver powder is derived from chicken and is a great addition to any bait, great for pretty much any bait application. This highly attractive/Soluble liver powder has great palpability and nutritional properties hence being used in the fishing bait industry for as long as we can remember, definitely not one to be missed, especially during the colder months.
Recommended inclusion level is up to 100g per kg base mix, depending on other solubles being used within your mix.

These premium pastes have been expertly formulated using the purest ingredients, additives, liquids, and flavours available. Designed with both high attraction and feed stimulation in mind, they also boast exceptional nutritional properties, incorporating as many soluble additives and feed stimulants as possible.
Each paste contains our in-house bait boost powder, crafted from a blend of the highest quality yeasts. This includes high-nucleotide yeast, which consists of cell contents and cell walls of brewers’ yeast, extracted through gentle and effective hydrolysis processes. This allows the individual cell components to provide maximum benefits. The powder also features two additional additives with proven powerful antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, alongside potent feed stimulants.
Our custom-formulated in-house flavour enhancers are also incorporated. Many of our new products are now exclusive to AA Baits, which allows us to formulate and offer the very best, premium quality in-house mixes, available on the market. That being said, we do keep a handful of specially sourced products close to our chest, making our mixes stand out from the rest 😉. In order for all our customers to receive a premium mix at a very fair price, we have always supplied direct. Cutting out the middle man allows us to operate using all our finest ingredients and stimulants. This also allows our finest products to be used at optimal levels.
Our new Super – Sect Groundbait has been formulated with a some of the finest BSF (British solider fly) meal available, along with a mixture of highly attractive additives, mixed spices, cream enhancers, milk powders, our in-house bait boost powder & feed stimulants. Our BSF meal has been sourced from a biotechnology company, and leading insect producer for animal and plant nutrition. To do so, they chose to develop a unique and pioneering technology to rear and transform the Hermetia illucens (Black Soldier Fly) for animal and plant nutrition. More than 100 types of co-products evaluated and 200 recipes tested in order to design the substrate that today perfectly meets the nutritional needs of the larvae at each stage of development (Make sure your supply has been fed correctly & isn’t being fed any old waste). Pure NHDC Sweetener Powder
We have sourced this fantastic pure NHDC sweetener, this has been brought in for use in a wide variety of our premium in house products. This fantastic sweetener has a slight cream taste and is around 1500/1800 times sweeter than table sugar. This ultra strong sweetener won’t leave any bitter after taste and lingers in the mouth for some time. An important synergetic quality of NHDC is the enhancing sweet effect if it is combined with other sweeteners. This is many times higher than if you solely use NHDC or a single sweetener. This is where the real power lies! It amplifies the perception of other sweeteners and flavours and is absolutely essential in every sweet bait. A high quality NHDC sweetener will leave a sensory feel in the mouth (almost like a fresh airwaves chewing gum).
Recommended inclusion level is around 0.1-0.5g per kg base mix .
Potassium Sorbate (E202)
Potassium sorbate (E202) is present in many human food stuffs and drinks. It has also been tested as safe to use in aquatic environments. Can be used by dissolving in to your liquids/liquid egg to preserve your boilie and paste mixes. Potassium sorbate is ideal to use in boilies as it survives the boiling process – it has a melting point of 134°C and a boiling point of 228°C…well above the temperature of boiling baits.
Recommended inclusion level is 0.1% of your liquid. (450ml liquid – 1g potassium sorbate). You can also add citric acid which will increase the preserving properties. When using potassium sorbate we advise testing small batches to see how long your unique mix with stay preserved.
It is also important to remember the main part of the process is to dry your baits well prior to storing, usually a minimum of 48hrs, it can be slightly longer in the colder months due to extra moisture being in the air, the longer your baits are dried the less the moisture content will be helping to prevent mould growth.
IntensiSweet +
We have sourced a new intense sweetener which contains a unique blend of natural sweeteners, flavour enhancers & talin, creating a fantastic additive for taking a bitter edge of any bait/feed, greatly enhancing palatability. Inclusion levels depend on other ingredients in the mix and the initial strength of bitterness in the bait. A suitable starting point for inclusion is 0.05%, therefore equating to 1kg of dry mix requiring 0.5g of sweetener. It is advisable to use the minimum amount of sweetener required to balance the bait sweet/bitter taste.
Dosage direction per kg dry mix: 0.5 – 2g per kg base mix.
Product character: white or almost white odourless powder. Water soluble in water, intense sweet taste, heat stable.
