  Egg Albumen also known as egg white powder will give baits a firm skinned finish (allowing boiling times to be lowered) without making the bait rock hard right through. Egg albumen has a protein content of 78% plus and adds to the digestibility and nutritional profile of finished baits.

  Egg Albumen may be used with Whey Gel at an inclusion of 5% each to produce a base mix that requires no liquid egg. This enables you to add either water or liquid (non oil based) attractors to your base mix to produce a far more soluble finished bait. Add Egg Albumen at 5% and also Whey Gel at 5% to eliminate the requirement for liquid egg.

  Recommend inclusion level is up to 20% – (200g) per kg base mix.

  Our Dry Spod mix is a blend of  different particles and seed which are all great fish attractors and gives great visual. The mix also gives various hook bait options.

  This Mix Contains – Yellow Maize, Red Maize, White Peas, Maple Peas, Buckwheat, Hemp, Groats and a variety of small seeds.

  CAUTION: All dry particles and nuts will absorb water and expand once submerged, for this reason they MUST all be prepared correctly (Soaked for a given time and cooked for a given time). Failure to prepare properly can be deadly to fish.

  TO PREPARE: Soak for a minimum of 24 hours then boil for 30 minutes.

  Note: Once cooked you can also add liquid foods, oils or bait additives of your choice to add even more attraction

  This Salmon based fishmeal is of a higher quality than most standard fishmeals, being of higher meat quality and treated at reduced temperatures thus maintaining protein structure and content. At 67% protein level this is a great addition to any bait. Please be aware this darker coloured salmon meal is much higher quality than many available, the lighter coloured meal contains a much lower % of actual salmon and a higher % of white fishmeal.

  Over the last few years, we have worked tremendously hard sourcing only the highest quality ingredients, liquids, and additives available from all over the globe. Many of our new products are now exclusive to AA Baits, which allows us to formulate and offer the very best, premium quality in-house mixes, available on the market. That being said, we do keep a handful of specially sourced products close to our chest, making our mixes stand out from the rest 😉. In order for all our customers to receive a premium mix at a very fair price, we have always supplied direct. Cutting out the middle man allows us to operate using all our finest ingredients and stimulants. This also allows our finest products to be used at optimal levels.

  Our Bloodstorm & squid meal groundbait has been developed around bloodworm, pure blood products, Kingfisher Red (Natural) & Squid meal. Once mixed with water it has a deep red colour and will disperse water soluble attractors through the water layers of your swim. Along with the soluble pure blood powder we have also incorporated our in house blend of milk powders, Mixed ground pellet powder and ground particle powder. It has been designed to hold together allowing it to reach the bottom of the lake bed before it starts to break down. As well as our explosive hemp groundbait once this mix reaches the bottom it then explodes creating a red cloud of attraction. Can be balled, cupped, used in method feeder, used as a stick mix or as a paste.

  Tips

  •  Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
  • We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
  • 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
  • Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

  Peach Concentrate

  This peach flavour is one of the fruit favourites, a soft fruit flavour has always been regarded as an effective fish catching additive. Another one that goes well with Black Pepper Oil. The end result is a smooth but slightly citrus flavoured bait that performs very well throughout the year.

  Recommended inclusion levels are 6-10ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.

  For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 6 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.

  When adding to your own glugs & liquids we recommend adding at 2% – 5% (5ml – 12ml flavour – 250ml glug), again when using a new flavour we always advise starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.

  To boost your hook baits, you can use our PVA friendly Betaine liquid, DMPT liquid or Glycerine (all found under liquid foods) to dilute your chosen flavour down. Some anglers like to boost their hook baits with neat flavour whilst some like to dilute the strength down. We recommend adding the flavour at 5% (12ml flavour – 250ml booster liquid). This % can always be increased until you achieve your chosen strength. You can also add a wide variety of liquid foods etc adding more attraction to your unique booster.

  All our concentrated flavours are of the highest grade/quality available on the market. As with all concentrated flavours and liquids, use in a well ventilated area and always wear safety glasses.

  This is a PG based flavour which has been created with nature identical flavourings and has been carefully created to give a very appetising flavour as well as the aroma (smell), some flavours out there are mainly based on aroma chemicals (smell), with the flavour not given much thought.

  This powerful hi-viz yellow fluorescent colour is perfect for creating hi-viz hook baits. This dye is a non-soluble powder so provides a much longer lasting colour once in the water.

  Recommended inclusion amount is up to 40g per 1kg pop up mix.

  Please note: This is the recommended starting amount. You can add less for a more washed out colour or add more for a brighter/darker colour. Also note you can only make mixes darker with colourants (Dark base mixes/ingredients will not turn into a lighter colour), you may have to remove dark ingredients from your mix to achieve your required colour.

  All our powdered colours are of the highest quality/grade available on the market.

  This Dye is not for fish consumption and should only be used to produce hookbaits which will not be digested.

  This extremely strong crab flavour has an aroma that you will never ever forget. This super pungent essence has proved to be one of the most successful bait flavours ever used on the market. It is a notorious carp catching flavour. It is also particularly effective when used with Black Pepper oil.

  Recommended inclusion levels for this concentrate are 3-10ml per kg base mix.The lower level comes through nicely and the high level comes through strong. We have actually tested this concentrate up to 20ml per kg base mix with excellent results.

  For high attract pop ups we recommend adding up to 3ml per 1 egg mix.

  This concentrate CAN NOT be added to the liquid egg neat, it must be added to the liquid pack first.

  Please note: This is a strong flavour so a little goes a long way. Also we would not recommend using in the house as this one has a very very strong aroma.
