  We have managed to source a new hydrolysed pork liver powder. This is a fantastic alternative to our chicken and beef liver powder and all offers a great cost saving. Liver powder is a great addition to any bait, great for pretty much any bait application. This highly attractive/Soluble liver powder has great palpability and nutritional properties hence being used in the fishing bait industry for as long as we can remember, definitely not one to be missed, especially during the colder months.

  Belachan block is fermented shrimp paste, it is a salty, strong smelling block that is used to create deep flavours in Malaysian dishes… and carp find it highly attractive.   Our Marine Method Mix has been formulated with a very high percentage of highly attractive Marine Halibut powder. With the added feed stimulants, soluble Fishmeal pre-digested and in house blend of milk powders, this is one not to be missed. It has been designed to hold together allowing it to reach the bottom of the lake bed before it starts to break down. Can be balled, cupped, used in method feeder, used as a stick mix or as a paste.

  Tips

  •  Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
  • We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
  • 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
  • Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

  Our Bloodstorm & squid meal groundbait has been developed around bloodworm, pure blood products, Kingfisher Red (Natural) & Squid meal. Once mixed with water it has a deep red colour and will disperse water soluble attractors through the water layers of your swim. Along with the soluble pure blood powder we have also incorporated our in house blend of milk powders, Mixed ground pellet powder and ground particle powder. It has been designed to hold together allowing it to reach the bottom of the lake bed before it starts to break down. As well as our explosive hemp groundbait once this mix reaches the bottom it then explodes creating a red cloud of attraction.   Sweet whey powder is obtained by drying fresh whey (derived from the manufacture of cheeses such as Cheddar, Mozzarella and Swiss) that has been pasteurized and to which no preservatives have been added.  This is also a great product for adding binding to any Groundbait/Method mixes, Start by adding 8% to your mix then adjust accordingly to your required texture/breakdown.
