Acid Casein has a protein content in excess of 90% and a good amino acid profile making this ideal for use in balanced HNV baits. Use of Acid casein will allow baits to maintain a softer centre and aids with binding proving to be functional as well as providing a good profile.
Mixed 50/50 with Rennet casein you can acquire a better profile for your finished baits.

Black pepper oil is one of the more well known and widely used essential oils, this works well with savoury & fruity flavours, as stated in some of our concentrated flavours, but does also work well on it’s own. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and also helps the digestive system which makes it a terrific addition to long term food bait applications.
Recommended inclusion levels for this essential oil are 2 drops up to 1.5ml (30 drops) per kg base mix.

We have managed to source a sustainable top quality insect protein meal, this black solider fly (BSF) meal is the de-fatted version, which is very important when including it in any bait due to the high levels of saturated fats which congeal and can become solid at almost room temperature. This meal is now being widely used in the fishing bait and animal feed industry. Egg Albumen also known as egg white powder will give baits a firm skinned finish (allowing boiling times to be lowered) without making the bait rock hard right through. Egg albumen has a protein content of 78% plus and adds to the digestibility and nutritional profile of finished baits.
Egg Albumen may be used with Whey Gel at an inclusion of 5% each to produce a base mix that requires no liquid egg. This enables you to add either water or liquid (non oil based) attractors to your base mix to produce a far more soluble finished bait. Add Egg Albumen at 5% and also Whey Gel at 5% to eliminate the requirement for liquid egg.
