  This method mix with betaine has been put together to ensure a firm-binding mix that can be cast considerably further than most standard method mixes. With the purest available betaine, highest quality milk powders and creamy enhancers incorporated into the mix, this is a carpet feed that fish find almost irresistible. Can be balled, cupped, used in method feeder, used as a stick mix or as a paste.

  Tips

  •  Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
  • We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
  • 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
  • Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

  These Coppens premium select halibut pellets are unique feed pellets whose attractive powers go beyond carp and cat fish and are therefore available in many sizes to suit almost any type of fishing. This mix has been crammed with a variety of premium grade fishmeal’s, some being 100% soluble adding instant attraction, if this isn’t enough we have also added Full fat GLM & Premium grade PET krill meal.We have also incorporated some semi buoyant ingredients allowing the mix to leave a trail of attraction through the water column, along with some of our in-house mini ultra mix pellet which offers a whopping 9 different pellets all with different break down times, keeping the fish grubbing around.   This CalfLac is a fantastic alternative to Lamlac , is a smooth and creamy milk powder (contains palm & coconut oil) same as Lamlac. It does contain a slightly lower oil and protein content but offers the same vitamins and minerals, making a fantastic alternative along with a cost saving.   Molasses Meal

  This high quality molasses meal is a coarse, moist meal, soaked in molasses. It has the distinctive treacle-like molasses aroma and a sweet, almost liquorice taste. To make molasses, the sugar cane plant is harvested, its leaves stripped and the juice is then extracted from the canes usually by crushing or mashing.

  The Molasses Meal sinks to the bottom fast, producing a dark cloud/stain over the lake bed which oozes flavour/attraction.
