Sodium Caseinate is a milk protein derived from using sodium to remove the protein content from milk. It has a protein content in excess of 96% and makes a very functional binder. Being one of the lightest of the milk proteins caution should be used as to the inclusion levels as 10% plus can make baits buoyant.

We have been asked many times for a CLO that is in-between our Genuine & Sulis equivalent in texture. This new CLO is very digestible and provides great binding qualities to your base mix, Our new version partly contains vegetable proteins, superfoods, cereal products, dried egg products, bakery products & oil rich seeds . Our premium grade Norwegian Lt-94 Fishmeal is produced from whole blue whiting NOT TRIMMINGS and HEADS which lower quality fishmeal’s contain, some contain a high % of trimmings and heads (ground bone) which will still contain protein but won’t offer the same digestibility to carp. Making this Premium LT-94 far far superior to other available fish meals, it has been treated at much lower drying temperatures allowing the fishmeal to keep a great essential amino acid profile along with its nutritional qualities. With an oil content of around 11% and a protein content of 72% (of which 94% is digestible) LT-94 is the one to choose If you’re looking to make a genuinely high quality fish meal bait.

Blood Plasma is derived from Porcine blood with a protein content of around 80% and great amino acid profile, it has been used widely in the bait industry for years. Blood plasma gives excellent binding and hardening properties, it gels quickly and gives the finished bait a firm outer skin leaving the centre soft allowing the bait to still leak its attractors effectively. Light in colour and also aroma-free, making for a great ingredient for mixes where a neutral smell is required.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 3-5% – (30-50g) per kg base mix. For making hard hookers we recommend inclusion levels of up 10% (100g) per kg base mix.
Note: Also great for adding to pastes where more binding is required.
