Our Explosive Hemp Groundbait has been formulated to release particles and attraction through all the water layers in your swim attracting fish from far and wide. It is absolutely rammed with highly attractive oily hemp products, mixture of ground pellets and our in house blend of soluble milk powders, creating a cloud of attraction in your swim. It has been designed to hold together allowing it to reach the bottom of the lake bed before it starts to break down, once it reaches the bottom it then explodes creating a cloud of attraction. Can be balled, cupped, used in method feeder, used as a stick mix or as a paste.

Tips
- Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
- We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
- 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
- Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

Betaine Hydrochloride (Betaine HCL)

The options may be chosen on the product pageBetaine HCL is an Acidic form of Betaine (Trimethylglycine), widely used in the aquaculture and animal feed industry to promote feed intake and stimulation, aid digestion and nutrition intake. Our Betaine HCL is a 98% pure, white crystalline powder. Try dissolving a little in your chosen liquid/flavour and use as a glug for boosting hook baits with. Dissolve in a little liquid and use to coat pellets. Totally water soluble and good for all year round usage.
Recommended inclusion level is around 5-15g per kg base mix .
If using in ground baits or stick mixes then the recommended inclusion level is 5g per kg of mix.

Potassium Sorbate (E202)
Price range: £4.49 through £199.99 Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product pagePotassium sorbate (E202) is present in many human food stuffs and drinks. It has also been tested as safe to use in aquatic environments. Can be used by dissolving in to your liquids/liquid egg to preserve your boilie and paste mixes. Potassium sorbate is ideal to use in boilies as it survives the boiling process – it has a melting point of 134°C and a boiling point of 228°C…well above the temperature of boiling baits.
Recommended inclusion level is 0.1% of your liquid. (450ml liquid – 1g potassium sorbate). You can also add citric acid which will increase the preserving properties. When using potassium sorbate we advise testing small batches to see how long your unique mix with stay preserved.
It is also important to remember the main part of the process is to dry your baits well prior to storing, usually a minimum of 48hrs, it can be slightly longer in the colder months due to extra moisture being in the air, the longer your baits are dried the less the moisture content will be helping to prevent mould growth.

Yellow Crumb
Yellow breadcrumb is a fine breadcrumb that would lend itself to any application. Suitable for inclusion in any groundbait as a bulking agent or as a stand alone ground bait due to its highly attractive colour. Bread crumbs have been used in the fishing bait industry since day one. Use up to 50% in groundbaits/stick mixes and up to 10% in boilie mixes.

Vanilla Concentrate
This Vanilla concentrate flavour has a deep, creamy aroma. The smooth flavour is a huge favourite as a winter attractor but also adds subtlety to most flavour combinations.
Recommended inclusion levels are 5-10ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 5 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.
When adding to your own glugs & liquids we recommend adding at 2% – 5% (5ml – 12ml flavour – 250ml glug), again when using a new flavour we always advise starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
To boost your hook baits, you can use our PVA friendly Betaine liquid, DMPT liquid or Glycerine (all found under liquid foods) to dilute your chosen flavour down. Some anglers like to boost their hook baits with neat flavour whilst some like to dilute the strength down. We recommend adding the flavour at 5% (12ml flavour – 250ml booster liquid). This % can always be increased until you achieve your chosen strength. You can also add a wide variety of liquid foods etc adding more attraction to your unique booster.
All our concentrated flavours are of the highest grade/quality available on the market. As with all concentrated flavours and liquids, use in a well ventilated area and always wear safety glasses.
This is a PG based flavour which has been created with nature identical flavourings and has been carefully created to give a very appetising flavour as well as the aroma (smell), some flavours out there are mainly based on aroma chemicals (smell), with the flavour not given much thought.
