After more than 18 months of development, testing and refinement, MegaMino is finally complete. This is not just another amino liquid – it represents a major step forward in bait nutrition and attraction.

MegaMino has been carefully formulated to deliver an extremely high concentration of key amino acids, making it nearly five times stronger than the original competitors. However, strength alone was never the objective. What truly sets MegaMino apart is that the amino acid profile has been specifically designed for fish physiology, not human nutritional standards.

Many amino-based liquids on the market originate from products designed for human consumption. While these may contain useful components, they are rarely optimised for carp or other fish species. MegaMino has been developed from the ground up with fish feeding behaviour, detection mechanisms, and nutritional requirements at the forefront of the formulation.

Intensive Real-World Testing

Before release, MegaMino underwent extensive in-tank testing over many months. Trials were conducted in tanks containing carp, with some being over the 30lb mark, allowing us to observe genuine behavioural responses in controlled conditions.

The reaction we observed was unlike anything we have seen previously. Fish consistently showed rapid investigation and prolonged feeding behaviour around bait treated with MegaMino, demonstrating the strength of the amino signal in the water.

    Usage Guidelines

    • Wafters: Use at 5%+ (exact level depends on the rest of your mix)

    • Pop-ups: Use at 10%+ (exact level depends on the rest of your mix)

    Buoyancy can be easily adjusted by altering the inclusion level to suit your specific hookbait recipe.

    Usage Tip

    For best results, start at 4–5% inclusion for wafters and 10% or higher for pop-ups. Always test your finished hookbaits in water, as buoyancy will vary depending on other ingredients used.

    This tuna flavour has a oily/fishy tuna aroma and taste, which has more of a subtle than pungent edge. Over recent years this flavour is becoming more and more popular with many anglers.

    Recommended inclusion levels are 5-10ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.

    For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 5 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.

    When adding to your own glugs & liquids we recommend adding at 2% – 5% (5ml – 12ml flavour – 250ml glug), again when using a new flavour we always advise starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.

    To boost your hook baits, you can use our PVA friendly Betaine liquid, DMPT liquid or Glycerine (all found under liquid foods) to dilute your chosen flavour down. Some anglers like to boost their hook baits with neat flavour whilst some like to dilute the strength down. We recommend adding the flavour at 5% (12ml flavour – 250ml booster liquid). This % can always be increased until you achieve your chosen strength. You can also add a wide variety of liquid foods etc adding more attraction to your unique booster.

    All our concentrated flavours are of the highest grade/quality available on the market. As with all concentrated flavours and liquids, use in a well ventilated area and always wear safety glasses.

    This is an oil based flavour which has been created with nature identical flavourings and has been carefully created to give flavour as well as the aroma (smell), some flavours out there are mainly based on aroma chemicals (smell), with the flavour not given much thought.

It attracts without feeding, keeping fish browsing in your swim for longer.

    This is designed by match anglers for match anglers and is perfect for venues when a non-fishmeal bait is needed.

    Tips

    •  You can add our sweet whey powder to increase binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time.  Add to the dry mix, then mix very well before wetting.
    • We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard.
    • 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
    • Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.
