Meat Meal 55 is a high-protein, processed animal protein ingredient produced in the UK from Category 3 animal by-products. Light Brown Cocoa Powder is a premium-grade, alkalised cocoa powder manufactured from carefully processed cocoa beans. With a cocoa butter content of 10–12%, it offers a smooth, classic cocoa profile alongside a light-to-medium brown colour, making it an extremely versatile ingredient for use within boilie, groundbait, stick mix and spod mix formulations.
Unlike natural cocoa powder, this product has been alkalised (Dutch processed) to reduce its natural acidity. This produces a smoother, more rounded cocoa taste and aroma while giving the powder its consistent light brown appearance.
The fine particle size allows it to disperse evenly throughout dry mixes, making it particularly useful where a consistent cocoa profile and colour are required throughout the finished bait.
With its distinctive chocolate aroma and palatability, cocoa powder works particularly well alongside milk proteins, birdfoods, nut meals, biscuit meals and sweet or creamy flavour profiles. It can also be incorporated at lower levels into fishmeal-based formulations to add another layer to the overall taste and aroma profile.

We recommend starting at the lower inclusion level and increasing gradually to suit your formulation. As with any powdered ingredient, higher inclusion rates can alter the binding, texture and rolling characteristics of a base mix.

Description
We have managed to source this outstanding krill meal (QRILL Pet) which has a stronger more pungent aroma and a darker deeper orange colour compared to the krill Aqua, with a minimum protein content of 60%, plus a higher essential amino acid and Omega 3 content making this the highest quality krill meal available (you won’t find better anywhere). The texture that is obtained from including Krill meal in to baits aids higher leakage of attractors in to the water. This is a heavier material (not had as much oil extracted) but we still advise to take consideration in to the amount used in bottom baits, due to the light nature of this product it will still add buoyancy to baits.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 10% – (100g) per kg base mix (bottom baits), dependant on other ingredients used.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 20% – (200g) per kg base mix when being used in floating/buoyant mixes.
