Rennet Casein (90mesh)

Containing a protein content in excess of 95%, This High grade Casein is ideal for use within buoyant or semi-buoyant baits at higher inclusion levels. Rennet is recommended for use in conjunction with Acid Casein as a 50 50 mix of the two delivers a more complete amino acid profile to finished baits. Rennet casein is of 90mesh grade and it will enable finished baits to maintain a semi-soft, moist centre.

Our Bloodstorm & squid meal groundbait has been developed around bloodworm, pure blood products, Kingfisher Red (Natural) & Squid meal. Once mixed with water it has a deep red colour and will disperse water soluble attractors through the water layers of your swim. Along with the soluble pure blood powder we have also incorporated our in house blend of milk powders, Mixed ground pellet powder and ground particle powder. It has been designed to hold together allowing it to reach the bottom of the lake bed before it starts to break down. As well as our explosive hemp groundbait once this mix reaches the bottom it then explodes creating a red cloud of attraction. Can be balled, cupped, used in method feeder, used as a stick mix or as a paste.

Tips
- Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
- We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
- 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
- Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

The options may be chosen on the product pageWe have sourced a new intense sweetener which contains a unique blend of natural sweeteners, flavour enhancers & talin, creating a fantastic additive for taking a bitter edge of any bait/feed, greatly enhancing palatability. Inclusion levels depend on other ingredients in the mix and the initial strength of bitterness in the bait. A suitable starting point for inclusion is 0.05%, therefore equating to 1kg of dry mix requiring 0.5g of sweetener. It is advisable to use the minimum amount of sweetener required to balance the bait sweet/bitter taste.
Dosage direction per kg dry mix: 0.5 – 2g per kg base mix.
Product character: white or almost white odourless powder. Water soluble in water, intense sweet taste, heat stable.

Our Ocean + Groundbait has been formulated with a mixture of highest quality fishmeal’s and soluble hydrolysate powders available, along with a mixture of highly attractive additives and feed stimulants. This mix contain’s pure green lipped mussel, krill meal, shrimp meal and squid meal, all are absolutely rammed with attraction and nutritional goodness. We have managed to source a sustainable top quality insect protein meal, this black solider fly (BSF) meal is the de-fatted version, which is very important when including it in any bait due to the high levels of saturated fats which congeal and can become solid at almost room temperature. This meal is now being widely used in the fishing bait and animal feed industry. Please take consideration in to the amount used in bottom baits, due to the light nature of this product it will add buoyancy to baits.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 20% – (200g) per kg base mix.
