This frankfurter flavour has a spicy/meaty aroma which is very distinctive. Another concentrate that goes very well with black pepper oil.
Recommended inclusion levels are 4-8ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 4 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.
When adding to your own glugs & liquids we recommend adding at 2% – 5% (5ml – 12ml flavour – 250ml glug), again when using a new flavour we always advise starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
To boost your hook baits, you can use our PVA friendly Betaine liquid, DMPT liquid or Glycerine (all found under liquid foods) to dilute your chosen flavour down. Some anglers like to boost their hook baits with neat flavour whilst some like to dilute the strength down. We recommend adding the flavour at 5% (12ml flavour – 250ml booster liquid). Our Marine Method Mix has been formulated with a very high percentage of highly attractive Marine Halibut powder. With the added feed stimulants, soluble Fishmeal pre-digested and in house blend of milk powders, this is one not to be missed. It has been designed to hold together allowing it to reach the bottom of the lake bed before it starts to break down. Can be balled, cupped, used in method feeder, used as a stick mix or as a paste.
Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.
