Beta-Yeast is a premium grade brewers yeast, we have specifically sourced this for use in all our in-house formulations. The producer uses a special procedure which ensure’s maximum protection of the sensitive components and active ingredients within the brewers yeast. We have sourced a new intense sweetener which contains a unique blend of natural sweeteners, flavour enhancers & talin, creating a fantastic additive for taking a bitter edge of any bait/feed, greatly enhancing palatability. Inclusion levels depend on other ingredients in the mix and the initial strength of bitterness in the bait. A suitable starting point for inclusion is 0.05%, therefore equating to 1kg of dry mix requiring 0.5g of sweetener. It is advisable to use the minimum amount of sweetener required to balance the bait sweet/bitter taste.

Containing a protein content in excess of 95%, This High grade Casein is ideal for use within buoyant or semi-buoyant baits at higher inclusion levels. Rennet is recommended for use in conjunction with Acid Casein as a 50 50 mix of the two delivers a more complete amino acid profile to finished baits. Rennet casein is of 90mesh grade and it will enable finished baits to maintain a semi-soft, moist centre.

Crushed hemp particles are great for adding to groundbaits boilies and spod mixes as they have neutral and bouyant particles that break away in your swim. This fish-meal base mix contains a large amount of high quality Norwegian (LT-94) fishmeal, milk and egg proteins, kelp meal, soya flour and CLO, this mix has been formulated to provide a balanced food source that is suitable for use in summer and winter months. Rolls easy and works very well.
This mix requires approximately 9 eggs per Kg of dry mix.

TIP: When making your own boilies it gives you the chance to NOT boil some. This allows you to have baits that haven’t been boiled, which in turn looses some goodness. But most of all it allows these baits to break down and disperse all the soluble attractors and feed stimulants into your swim much faster. These baits would require being kept in a bucket/container to save being crushed/broken once dried. Again these baits wouldn’t be hard enough to be used in a throwing stick.
