Sodium Caseinate

It has a protein content in excess of 96% and makes a very functional binder. Being one of the lightest of the milk proteins caution should be used as to the inclusion levels as 10% plus can make baits buoyant.

Meat Meal 55 is a high-protein, processed animal protein ingredient produced in the UK from Category 3 animal by-products. It is manufactured exclusively from materials derived from animals passed fit for human consumption prior to processing, making it a safe, consistent and nutritionally valuable ingredient for all fishing bait and feed formulations.
This light brown, finely milled meal is produced from mixed species meat trimmings, fat, bones and offal, delivering a balanced protein and fat profile with excellent digestibility. This meal/flour has an extremely attractive nutty aroma and has a much higher protein content of (50% protein) than standard peanut meals (28% protein), it also has a much lower fat content of around 12% were standard peanut meal has around a 40% fat content.
