The producer uses a special procedure which ensure’s maximum protection of the sensitive components and active ingredients within the brewers yeast. We have managed to source a sustainable top quality insect protein meal, this black solider fly (BSF) meal is the de-fatted version, which is very important when including it in any bait due to the high levels of saturated fats which congeal and can become solid at almost room temperature. This meal is now being widely used in the fishing bait and animal feed industry. Please take consideration in to the amount used in bottom baits, due to the light nature of this product it will add buoyancy to baits.

Micronized Maize Meal (Newly Sourced)

Micronized Maize meal is mainly used in ground baits and method mixes. Made by grinding maize it has a white and yellow speckled appearance and a coarse texture. Can also be used in base mixes.
(Micronized) means it has had some form of heat treatment (usually infra red) this enables more of the nutrients to become available.

Black/Grey Crumb

Black breadcrumb is a fine breadcrumb that would lend itself to any application. Suitable for inclusion in any groundbait as a bulking agent or as a stand alone ground bait, due to its black colour it will darken off a mix to make it stand out less on the lake or riverbed. Bread crumbs have been used in the fishing bait industry since day one. Use up to 50% in groundbaits/stick mixes and up to 10% in boilie mixes.

Tips
- Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
- We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
- 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
- Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.
