Sodium Caseinate is a milk protein derived from using sodium to remove the protein content from milk. It has a protein content in excess of 96% and makes a very functional binder. Being one of the lightest of the milk proteins caution should be used as to the inclusion levels as 10% plus can make baits buoyant.

We have managed to source this outstanding krill meal (QRILL Pet) which has a stronger more pungent aroma and a darker deeper orange colour compared to the krill Aqua, with a minimum protein content of 60%, plus a higher essential amino acid and Omega 3 content making this the highest quality krill meal available (you won’t find better anywhere). The texture that is obtained from including Krill meal in to baits aids higher leakage of attractors in to the water. This is a heavier material (not had as much oil extracted) but we still advise to take consideration in to the amount used in bottom baits, due to the light nature of this product it will still add buoyancy to baits.

Fructose is a naturally occurring sugar derived from fruits, sugar cane and vegetables.

More and more Aqua/Fishing bait companies are turning to this ingredient as a suitable and more importantly sustainable protein source to replace a lot of Fishmeal in fish feed formulations, its Amino Acid profile ensures growth rates of fish are not compromised when using this as a quality alternative source to Fishmeal, whilst the bio availability is not as high as Fishmeal, trials by the major French manufacturer have concluded no loss of growth rates in fish.

Himalayan pink rock salt contains 84 trace minerals, including: potassium, iron, sulphate, magnesium, calcium, potassium, bicarbonate, bromide, borate, strontium, and fluoride and Magnesium, all vital minerals for maintaining good health. This fantastic fermented shrimp paste is a very similar makeup to liquid belachan. This paste is more pure than the solid belachan block version due to not having any bulk fillers and also takes away the hassle of grating it down. The shrimp content is also very high around 65%, the shrimp is crushed then salt added for preservative, once dried it is then mixed with Lactic Acid Bacteria and left to ferment, whilst being left its proteins are broken down which then realise a wide range of free form amino acids, used by many anglers in there baits and mixes, one definitely not to nee over looked.

I have used another bait companies CLO product previously to buying this ingredent from AA Baits although alot cheaper I could not tell the diference in the product
