Description

Calcium Caseinate is one of the highest quality milk proteins, with a crude protein content of 96% this soluble lactic casein should not be overlooked as even being used at moderate levels this product provides valuable essential amino acids. Care should be taken as to the inclusion levels as this product is very light and can produce buoyant baits.

Recommend inclusion level is up to 5% – (50g) per kg base mix.

Recommend inclusion level is up to 20% – (200g) per kg Pop-up mix.

    We have managed to source a sustainable top quality insect protein meal, this black solider fly (BSF) meal is the de-fatted version, which is very important when including it in any bait due to the high levels of saturated fats which congeal and can become solid at almost room temperature. This meal is now being widely used in the fishing bait and animal feed industry. Please take consideration in to the amount used in bottom baits, due to the light nature of this product it will add buoyancy to baits.

    Betaine HCL is an Acidic form of Betaine (Trimethylglycine), widely used in the aquaculture and animal feed industry to promote feed intake and stimulation, aid digestion and nutrition intake. Our Betaine HCL is a 98% pure, white crystalline powder. Try dissolving a little in your chosen liquid/flavour and use as a glug for boosting hook baits with.     Blood Plasma is derived from Porcine blood with a protein content of around 80% and great amino acid profile, it has been used widely in the bait industry for years. Blood plasma gives excellent binding and hardening properties, it gels quickly and gives the finished bait a firm outer skin leaving the centre soft allowing the bait to still leak its attractors effectively. Light in colour and also aroma-free, making for a great ingredient for mixes where a neutral smell is required.

    Recommend inclusion level is up to 3-5% – (30-50g) per kg base mix. For making hard hookers we recommend inclusion levels of up 10% (100g) per kg base mix.

    Note: Also great for adding to pastes where more binding is required.
