Recommended Inclusion Levels

For boilie and carp bait formulations, we recommend experimenting with inclusion levels of up to 20% (200g per kg of base mix), depending on the other ingredients used and the desired characteristics of the finished bait.

Please note that Black Soldier Fly meal is naturally relatively lightweight and may contribute to increased buoyancy when used at higher inclusion levels.

This should be considered when developing bottom bait formulations, particularly where bait density and sinking characteristics are important.
