Our in-house flavour enhancers are meticulously crafted using a blend of food-grade and feed-safe ingredients, including oleoresins, essential oils, premium liquid hydrolysates, sweeteners, NHDC sweetener, and our proprietary soluble amino acid stimulant. All our flavours are designed based on taste rather than aroma. Flavour formulations based on scent are created with entirely different chemical compounds, but our focus has always been on delivering flavours that taste pleasant rather than simply smell strong. Moreover, we only produce flavours that are feed-safe. All our products can be included safely in animal feed (free offerings). Our flavour house adhere’s strictly to regulatory standards, which does require removing certain chemicals from time to time, these chemicals are removed from the food & feed register for a reason. This crayfish flavour has an outstanding shellfish-type fish aroma. It has a superb track record as an all year round flavour.
Recommended inclusion levels are 5-10ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 5 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.
When adding to your own glugs & liquids we recommend adding at 2% – 5% (5ml – 12ml flavour – 250ml glug), again when using a new flavour we always advise starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
