Acid Casein has a protein content in excess of 90% and a good amino acid profile making this ideal for use in balanced HNV baits. Use of Acid casein will allow baits to maintain a softer centre and aids with binding proving to be functional as well as providing a good profile.
Mixed 50/50 with Rennet casein you can acquire a better profile for your finished baits.

This soluble peanut protein is with out doubt the very best nutty meal/flour on the market today by a long way, we would go as far as saying ‘game changer’ due to its solubility. This meal/flour has an extremely attractive nutty aroma and has a much higher protein content of (50% protein) than standard peanut meals (28% protein), it also has a much lower fat content of around 12% were standard peanut meal has around a 40% fat content. Dextrose is a starch-based sugar and is made from refined corn, rice, or wheat. Dextrose molecules are the smallest form of carbohydrates and the most easy to digest. A super ‘sweet booster’.

This soya flour isn’t (Trusoy) soya flour, we have sourced an alternative to see how it compares, it does contain the same protein and oil level as (Trusoy). It will make rolling easier as it has higher levels of oil and fats that also help baits to retain moisture.

Calcium Caseinate is one of the highest quality milk proteins, with a crude protein content of 96% this soluble lactic casein should not be overlooked as even being used at moderate levels this product provides valuable essential amino acids. Care should be taken as to the inclusion levels as this product is very light and can produce buoyant baits.

Egg Albumen also known as egg white powder will give baits a firm skinned finish (allowing boiling times to be lowered) without making the bait rock hard right through. Egg albumen has a protein content of 78% plus and adds to the digestibility and nutritional profile of finished baits.
Egg Albumen may be used with Whey Gel at an inclusion of 5% each to produce a base mix that requires no liquid egg. This enables you to add either water or liquid (non oil based) attractors to your base mix to produce a far more soluble finished bait. Add Egg Albumen at 5% and also Whey Gel at 5% to eliminate the requirement for liquid egg.

Another fantastic fishmeal we get asked for on a regular basis. This is a very consistent fishmeal and has a strong pungent fish meal smell to it and is on the darker side in colour. Ot also offers a great protein level (68%) and oil content (8 – 15%) along with essential amnio acids.
