This fantastic sweetener has a slight cream taste and is around 1500/1800 times sweeter than table sugar. This ultra strong sweetener won’t leave any bitter after taste and lingers in the mouth for some time. An important synergetic quality of NHDC is the enhancing sweet effect if it is combined with other sweeteners. This is many times higher than if you solely use NHDC or a single sweetener. We have sourced a new intense sweetener which contains a unique blend of natural sweeteners, flavour enhancers & talin, creating a fantastic additive for taking a bitter edge of any bait/feed, greatly enhancing palatability. Inclusion levels depend on other ingredients in the mix and the initial strength of bitterness in the bait. A suitable starting point for inclusion is 0.05%, therefore equating to 1kg of dry mix requiring 0.5g of sweetener. It is advisable to use the minimum amount of sweetener required to balance the bait sweet/bitter taste.
