Intensive Real-World Testing
Before release, MegaMino underwent extensive in-tank testing over many months. Trials were conducted in tanks containing carp, with some being over the 30lb mark, allowing us to observe genuine behavioural responses in controlled conditions.
The reaction we observed was unlike anything we have seen previously. Fish consistently showed rapid investigation and prolonged feeding behaviour around bait treated with MegaMino, demonstrating the strength of the amino signal in the water.

- Recommended inclusion levels are 5-40 g/kg. Please note: This is the recommended starting amount. You can add less for a more washed out colour or add more for a brighter/darker colour. Also note you can only make mixes darker with colourants (Dark base mixes/ingredients will not turn into a lighter colour).
- This dye is Non Soluble.
- E171 White dye is not permitted for feed purposes.

Please note: This is the recommended starting amount. You can add less for a more washed out colour or add more for a brighter/darker colour. The options may be chosen on the product pageWe have sourced a new intense sweetener which contains a unique blend of natural sweeteners, flavour enhancers & talin, creating a fantastic additive for taking a bitter edge of any bait/feed, greatly enhancing palatability. Inclusion levels depend on other ingredients in the mix and the initial strength of bitterness in the bait. A suitable starting point for inclusion is 0.05%, therefore equating to 1kg of dry mix requiring 0.5g of sweetener. It is advisable to use the minimum amount of sweetener required to balance the bait sweet/bitter taste.
Dosage direction per kg dry mix: 0.5 – 2g per kg base mix.
Product character: white or almost white odourless powder. Water soluble in water, intense sweet taste, heat stable.

Anchovy Concentrate

Recommended inclusion levels are 5-10ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 5 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.
When adding to your own glugs & liquids we recommend adding at 2% – 5% (5ml – 12ml flavour – 250ml glug), again when using a new flavour we always advise starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
To boost your hook baits, you can use our PVA friendly Betaine liquid, DMPT liquid or Glycerine (all found under liquid foods) to dilute your chosen flavour down. Some anglers like to boost their hook baits with neat flavour whilst some like to dilute the strength down. We recommend adding the flavour at 5% (12ml flavour – 250ml booster liquid). This % can always be increased until you achieve your chosen strength. You can also add a wide variety of liquid foods etc adding more attraction to your unique booster.
All our concentrated flavours are of the highest grade/quality available on the market. As with all concentrated flavours and liquids, use in a well ventilated area and always wear safety glasses.
This is a PG based flavour which has been created with nature identical flavourings and has been carefully created to give flavour as well as the aroma (smell), some flavours out there are mainly based on aroma chemicals (smell), with the flavour not given much thought.

Tips
- You can add our sweet whey powder to increase binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. Add to the dry mix, then mix very well before wetting.
- We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard.
- 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
- Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

Garlic Oil

The options may be chosen on the product pageGarlic oil needs no introduction as it has been catching carp for as long as we can remember and has an extremely potent aroma you will never forget. It creates a distinctive profile in boilies and hookbaits even when added at extremely low levels. It also boosts their immune system and helps fight infections , although this can be used to great effect for short term applications, it also makes for a terrific addition to long term food bait applications.
Recommended inclusion levels for this essential oil are 1 drop up to 0.5ml (10 drops) per kg base mix.
Caution: Best wearing Latex gloves, be warned 1 drop of this extremely strong essential oil on your hands or clothes and you won’t get rid of the aroma for quite a few days. Not girlfriend/wife friendly at all. Best used in a well ventilated room or outdoors.
