Inclusion levels depend on other ingredients in the mix and the initial strength of bitterness in the bait. A suitable starting point for inclusion is 0.05%, therefore equating to 1kg of dry mix requiring 0.5g of sweetener. It is advisable to use the minimum amount of sweetener required to balance the bait sweet/bitter taste.

Our in-house flavour enhancers are formulated using a blend of high-quality, food-grade, and feed-safe ingredients, including oleoresins, essential oils, premium liquid hydrolysates, sweeteners, NHDC sweetener, and our proprietary soluble amino acid stimulant. These formulations are designed to be highly attractive and effective.
All our flavours are based on taste rather than aroma. Flavours formulated based on aroma utilise completely different chemicals, but our focus remains on creating flavours that taste pleasant rather than just smelling strong. While personal preferences vary, this approach reflects our commitment to delivering safe effective products.
In addition, we exclusively offer flavours that are feed-safe, ensuring their suitability for inclusion in animal feeds and other applications. Our flavour house adhere’s strictly to regulatory standards, which does require removing certain chemicals from time to time, these chemicals are removed from the food & feed register for a reason. Our hook baits undergo an intensive, three-stage, high-pressure vacuum infusion process. We believe this method is the only way to truly infuse liquids deep into the core of each bait:

- Second stage: Infusion with a mixture of sweeteners and betaine anhydrous liquid

Creamy Scopex Concentrate

For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 5 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.
When adding to your own glugs & liquids we recommend adding at 2% – 5% (5ml – 12ml flavour – 250ml glug), again when using a new flavour we always advise starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
To boost your hook baits, you can use our PVA friendly Betaine liquid, DMPT liquid or Glycerine (all found under liquid foods) to dilute your chosen flavour down. Some anglers like to boost their hook baits with neat flavour whilst some like to dilute the strength down. We recommend adding the flavour at 5% (12ml flavour – 250ml booster liquid). Medium Mixed Pellets
This devastating pellet mix includes a variety of coppens, skretting, bloodworm and krill pellets in mixed sizes. The best quality feed pellets available, which have been tried and tested by many anglers over the years. Each pellet has a protein content in excess of 40%. The pellet sizes range from 3mm-11mm, these pellets have been developed for use in the aquaculture industry. When blended together the resulting mix is a product, which breaks down at different speeds, leaking powerful attractors and appetite stimulants in the water, constantly pulling fish into the area, suited to both coarse and specimen fishing. Betaine Anhydrous (Natural)
Betaine Anhydrous is the natural version which is widely used in the human food, animal food and aquaculture industry. Betaine is not only highly attractive it also has great nutritional and palatability properties to foods and baits. Betaine Anhydrous forces induced heavy feeding and can be added to all baits, boilies, groundbaits, base mixes, spot mixes and pellets.
Being totally water soluble lends its self to being used in liquids.
Also simply wet your hookbaits and then dip them in betaine, or sprinkle over frozen boilies, as they thaw it draws this highly attractive soluble powder in to the baits.
Recommended inclusion level is up to 2% – 20g kg base mix.
