Squid & Octopus – (Old School) Concentrate

We have managed to source an old school squid & octopus flavour used many years ago, bait makers in the know take one sniff and know exactly which squid & octopus it is.
Recommended inclusion levels are 2-5ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 3 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.

This % can always be increased until you achieve your chosen strength. You can also add a wide variety of liquid foods etc adding more attraction to your unique booster.
All our concentrated flavours are of the highest grade/quality available on the market. As with all concentrated flavours and liquids, use in a well ventilated area and always wear safety glasses.

Peach Concentrate

The options may be chosen on the product pageThis peach flavour is one of the fruit favourites, a soft fruit flavour has always been regarded as an effective fish catching additive. Another one that goes well with Black Pepper Oil. The end result is a smooth but slightly citrus flavoured bait that performs very well throughout the year.

Tips
- Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
- We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
- 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
- Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

We are really happy to be able to offer this fantastic sweetcorn liquid, something we have been asked for over and over again. Sweetcorn needs no introduction, it is a fantastic visual and packed with highly attractive natural sugars.
