Flavour formulations based on scent are created with entirely different chemical compounds, but our focus has always been on delivering flavours that taste pleasant rather than simply smell strong. These premium hydrolysate liquids go through an intense 5 stage process, where carefully selected natural enzymes are used to completely break down the protein into single amino acids, creating an ultra soluble and palatable hydrolysate. A good way to check the quality of the hydrolysate is to mix it in water. The hydrolysate should fully dissolve, leaving no deposits sitting at the bottom, once settled.
