  Belachan block is fermented shrimp paste, it is a salty, strong smelling block that is used to create deep flavours in Malaysian dishes… and carp find it highly attractive. The solid block can be grated down with a cheese grater and used in many applications such as pellets, particles,  base mixes, method, spod or stick mixes making a great attractor.

This mix has been crammed with a variety of mixed nuts, roasted peanut meal & soluble peanut protein flour adding instant attraction, if this isn’t enough we have also added a variety of premium grade yeast powders.We have also incorporated some semi buoyant ingredients allowing the mix to leave a trail of attraction through the water column, along with some of our in-house mini ultra mix pellet which offers a whopping 9 different pellets all with different break down times, keeping the fish grubbing around.   Our Premium Fishmeal Groundbait has been formulated with a mixture of high quality fishmeal’s, along with a mixture of highly attractive additives and feed stimulants. Not only does this mix contain Green lipped mussel it also includes Krill meal, both are absolutely rammed with attraction. They are extremely well know for there outstanding results. If that isn’t enough we have also added the most pungent and powerful soluble fishmeal attractor available, which has created a seriously devastating groundbait. It has been designed to hold together allowing it to reach the bottom of the lake bed before it starts to break down. Can be balled, cupped, used in method feeder, used as a stick mix or as a paste.

  Tips

  •  Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
  • We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
  • 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
  • Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.
