  We have sourced this fantastic pure NHDC sweetener, this has been brought in for use in a wide variety of our premium in house products. This fantastic sweetener has a slight cream taste and is around 1500/1800 times sweeter than table sugar. This ultra strong sweetener won’t leave any bitter after taste and lingers in the mouth for some time. An important synergetic quality of NHDC is the enhancing sweet effect if it is combined with other sweeteners. This is many times higher than if you solely use NHDC or a single sweetener. This is where the real power lies! It amplifies the perception of other sweeteners and flavours and is absolutely essential in every sweet bait. This absolutely outstanding ultra soluble hydrolysate is packed with free form amino acids and also offers great palpability which in turn gives a much higher feed intake.

  These premium hydrolysate liquids go through an intense 5 stage process, where carefully selected natural enzymes are used to completely break down the protein into single amino acids, creating an ultra soluble and palatable hydrolysate.
