Intensive Real-World Testing
Before release, MegaMino underwent extensive in-tank testing over many months. Trials were conducted in tanks containing carp, with some being over the 30lb mark, allowing us to observe genuine behavioural responses in controlled conditions.

These premium hydrolysate liquids go through an intense 5 stage process, where carefully selected natural enzymes are used to completely break down the protein into single amino acids, creating an ultra soluble and palatable hydrolysate. A good way to check the quality of the hydrolysate is to mix it in water. The hydrolysate should fully dissolve, leaving no deposits sitting at the bottom, once settled.

Use approximately 9 eggs per kilogram of dry base mix for optimal binding. This base mix will produce dark brown/deep red boilies.
Our base mixes are tried, tested, and consistently roll perfectly. We exclusively utilize high-quality ingredients, carefully balanced at their optimal levels to produce an excellent food source. This ensures the bait remains highly attractive and nutritionally rich, encouraging fish to return as they become familiar with its benefits.
Tip: When creating your own boilies, consider leaving some unboiled. Unboiled baits retain more nutrients and soluble attractors, leading to faster dispersal and increased feeding activity in your swim. These baits should be stored in a bucket or container to prevent damage once dried. Keep in mind, unboiled baits will not be as hard, so they are best suited for use with a throwing stick.

The options may be chosen on the product pageWe have sourced a new intense sweetener which contains a unique blend of natural sweeteners, flavour enhancers & talin, creating a fantastic additive for taking a bitter edge of any bait/feed, greatly enhancing palatability. Inclusion levels depend on other ingredients in the mix and the initial strength of bitterness in the bait. A suitable starting point for inclusion is 0.05%, therefore equating to 1kg of dry mix requiring 0.5g of sweetener. It is advisable to use the minimum amount of sweetener required to balance the bait sweet/bitter taste.
Dosage direction per kg dry mix: 0.5 – 2g per kg base mix.

Each paste contains our in-house bait boost powder, crafted from a blend of the highest quality yeasts. This includes high-nucleotide yeast, which consists of cell contents and cell walls of brewers’ yeast, extracted through gentle and effective hydrolysis processes. This allows the individual cell components to provide maximum benefits. The powder also features two additional additives with proven powerful antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, alongside potent feed stimulants.
Our custom-formulated in-house flavour enhancers are also incorporated. These are not your average flavours; they have been carefully developed using a variety of food-grade and feed-safe ingredients, including oleoresins, essential oils, premium liquid hydrolysates, NHDC sweetener, and our proprietary soluble amino acid stimulant—resulting in highly attractive, taste-based flavours.
