  Our Liquid bait preserve is made from human food grade ingredients. Our bait preserve will give a long lasting shelf life (when dried correctly). Please remember it is still important to air dry your finished baits well prior to packaging, After cooking the baits it is important to remember the main part of the process is to dry your hook baits well prior to storing, usually a minimum of 48hrs, it can be slightly longer in the colder months due to extra moisture being in the air, the longer your hook baits are dried the less the moisture content will be helping to prevent mould growth.

  Recommend inclusion level is 20% of the liquid egg inclusion, ie – 400ml of fresh eggs to 100ml of bait preserve or 1x medium egg (roughly 50ml) – 15/10ml bait preserve. The inclusion level may be dropped when only being used to help keep baits fresh longer for abroad trips.

  Note – The length of time for which baits will remain preserved also depends on the powdered and liquid ingredients used in your own unique mix. You can also experiment with lower levels on smaller batches to see how long your unique mix stays mould free.

  Choc B Flavour

  This Choc B flavour is chocolate/vanilla that has been used many years ago with great affect by well know anglers. It was mainly used for flavouring prepared particles but can also be used in boilie mixes. This flavour is extremely dark and will penetrate the likes of Tigernuts right through to the core, with it being so dark and penetrating to the core it realises a dark cloud of highly attractive flavour throughout your swim.

  Can be used to soak the particles in as well as cooking them, helping to penetrate into the prepared baits. Try starting of with adding 50ml to 5kg of particles and go from there.

  Recommended inclusion levels are 6-14ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.

  For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 6 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.

  When adding to your own glugs & liquids we recommend adding at 2% – 5% (5ml – 12ml flavour – 250ml glug), again when using a new flavour we always advise starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.

  To boost your hook baits, you can use our PVA friendly Betaine liquid, DMPT liquid or Glycerine (all found under liquid foods) to dilute your chosen flavour down. Some anglers like to boost their hook baits with neat flavour whilst some like to dilute the strength down. We recommend adding the flavour at 5% (12ml flavour – 250ml booster liquid). This % can always be increased until you achieve your chosen strength. You can also add a wide variety of liquid foods etc adding more attraction to your unique booster.

  All our concentrated flavours are of the highest grade/quality available on the market. As with all concentrated flavours and liquids, use in a well ventilated area and always wear safety glasses.

  This is a water based flavour which has been created with nature identical flavourings and has been carefully created to give a very appetising flavour as well as the aroma (smell), some flavours out there are mainly based on aroma chemicals (smell), with the flavour not given much thought.

  We have managed source a top quality high concentration (100,000 CU)  paprika oleoresin. Paprika has been been used in the bait industry since day one and is still used today.

  Recommended inclusion levels for this essential oil are 30 drops up to 2ml (80 drops) per kg base mix.

  All our food grade essential oils are 100% natural, without any artificial ingredients. They are the highest quality available on the market.

  Caution: Keep away from children, pets and eyes. Best wearing Latex gloves, be warned 1 drop of this paprika oleoresin on your hands or clothes and you won’t get rid of the stain no matter what you try.

  Bait Boost Powder

  We have formulated a premium grade additive in-house. It contains a mixture of the highest quality additives available. One being a very high grade, high nucleotide yeast which consists of the cell contents and the cell walls of brewers’ yeast. These are extracted by gentle and effective hydrolysis processes from their natural matrix so that the individual cell components are able to optimally take their full effects and become easily available. This fantastic bait boost powder has also been formulated with two other additives that offer a very, very powerful antibacterial and anti fugal properties. The last two additives are a highly attractive feed stimulant with a mixture of sweetener’s. This is a definite for a long term bait, this will not only offer attraction and improve feed intake but will also help with protection from bacterial infections.
