This frankfurter flavour has a spicy/meaty aroma which is very distinctive. Another concentrate that goes very well with black pepper oil.
Recommended inclusion levels are 4-8ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.

- Recommended inclusion levels are 5-40 g/kg. Please note: This is the recommended starting amount. You can add less for a more washed out colour or add more for a brighter/darker colour. Also note you can only make mixes darker with colourants (Dark base mixes/ingredients will not turn into a lighter colour).

Tips
- Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
- We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
- 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
- Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

All our flavours are based on taste rather than aroma. Flavours formulated based on aroma utilise completely different chemicals, but our focus remains on creating flavours that taste pleasant rather than just smelling strong. In addition, we exclusively offer flavours that are feed-safe, ensuring their suitability for inclusion in animal feeds and other applications. Our flavour house adhere’s strictly to regulatory standards, which does require removing certain chemicals from time to time, these chemicals are removed from the food & feed register for a reason. Glycerine

Beta-Yeast
Beta-Yeast is a premium grade brewers yeast, we have specifically sourced this for use in all our in-house formulations. The producer uses a special procedure which ensure’s maximum protection of the sensitive components and active ingredients within the brewers yeast. This brewers yeast contains a higher protein level, contains more valuable and highly available ingredients (enzymes, B vitamins, amino acids and minerals) and taste’s much smoother. We only use the purest ingredients available in all our mixes, you won’t find a better brewers yeast on the market, we won’t settle for anything less.
