Recommended inclusion levels are 5-10ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 5 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.
When adding to your own glugs & liquids we recommend adding at 2% – 5% (5ml – 12ml flavour – 250ml glug), again when using a new flavour we always advise starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.

Please note: This is the recommended starting amount. You can add less for a more washed out colour or add more for a brighter/darker colour. Also note you can only make mixes darker with colourants (Dark base mixes/ingredients will not turn into a lighter colour), you may have to remove dark ingredients from your mix to achieve your required colour.

All our flavours are based on taste rather than aroma. Flavours formulated based on aroma utilise completely different chemicals, but our focus remains on creating flavours that taste pleasant rather than just smelling strong. In addition, we exclusively offer flavours that are feed-safe, ensuring their suitability for inclusion in animal feeds and other applications. Our flavour house adhere’s strictly to regulatory standards, which does require removing certain chemicals from time to time, these chemicals are removed from the food & feed register for a reason.
