Our in-house flavour enhancers are formulated using a blend of high-quality, food-grade, and feed-safe ingredients, including oleoresins, essential oils, premium liquid hydrolysates, sweeteners, NHDC sweetener, and our proprietary soluble amino acid stimulant. These formulations are designed to be highly attractive and effective.
All our flavours are based on taste rather than aroma. Flavours formulated based on aroma utilise completely different chemicals, but our focus remains on creating flavours that taste pleasant rather than just smelling strong. While personal preferences vary, this approach reflects our commitment to delivering safe effective products.
In addition, we exclusively offer flavours that are feed-safe, ensuring their suitability for inclusion in animal feeds and other applications. Our flavour house adhere’s strictly to regulatory standards, which does require removing certain chemicals from time to time, these chemicals are removed from the food & feed register for a reason. We follow the experts guidance and prioritise safety for both humans and aquatic life.
Our hook baits undergo an intensive, three-stage, high-pressure vacuum infusion process. We believe this method is the only way to truly infuse liquids deep into the core of each bait:
These baits continuously release food signals from the liquid foods and stimulants, offering extended attraction, while also generating an investigation signal via pH change from one of our infused liquids.

IntensiSweet +
We have sourced a new intense sweetener which contains a unique blend of natural sweeteners, flavour enhancers & talin, creating a fantastic additive for taking a bitter edge of any bait/feed, greatly enhancing palatability. Inclusion levels depend on other ingredients in the mix and the initial strength of bitterness in the bait. A suitable starting point for inclusion is 0.05%, therefore equating to 1kg of dry mix requiring 0.5g of sweetener. It is advisable to use the minimum amount of sweetener required to balance the bait sweet/bitter taste.
Dosage direction per kg dry mix: 0.5 – 2g per kg base mix.
Product character: white or almost white odourless powder. Water soluble in water, intense sweet taste, heat stable.
Ultimate Bait Boost Powder
Our Ultimate Bait Boost Powder has been carefully formulated using our proprietary in-house bait boost additive. Starting with our premium bait boost powder as the base, we have incorporated a wide range of high-quality ingredients, additives, and enhancers. This ultra-soluble powder is rich in amino acids, vitamins, and trace elements, providing not only nutritional benefits but also acting as a potent antioxidant. Coupled with additional feed stimulants and attractive ingredients, this makes for a highly effective and devastating attractant powder.

Beta-Yeast
Beta-Yeast is a premium grade brewers yeast, we have specifically sourced this for use in all our in-house formulations. The producer uses a special procedure which ensure’s maximum protection of the sensitive components and active ingredients within the brewers yeast. This brewers yeast contains a higher protein level, contains more valuable and highly available ingredients (enzymes, B vitamins, amino acids and minerals) and taste’s much smoother. We only use the purest ingredients available in all our mixes, you won’t find a better brewers yeast on the market, we won’t settle for anything less.

Over the last few years, we have worked tremendously hard sourcing only the highest quality ingredients, liquids, and additives available from all over the globe. Many of our new products are now exclusive to AA Baits, which allows us to formulate and offer the very best, premium quality in-house mixes, available on the market. That being said, we do keep a handful of specially sourced products close to our chest, making our mixes stand out from the rest 😉. Cutting out the middle man allows us to operate using all our finest ingredients and stimulants. This also allows our finest products to be used at optimal levels.
These premium grade stick & bag mixes have been formulated with the highest quality ingredients and additives available. These premium pastes have been expertly formulated using the purest ingredients, additives, liquids, and flavours available. Designed with both high attraction and feed stimulation in mind, they also boast exceptional nutritional properties, incorporating as many soluble additives and feed stimulants as possible.
Each paste contains our in-house bait boost powder, crafted from a blend of the highest quality yeasts. This includes high-nucleotide yeast, which consists of cell contents and cell walls of brewers’ yeast, extracted through gentle and effective hydrolysis processes. This allows the individual cell components to provide maximum benefits. The powder also features two additional additives with proven powerful antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, alongside potent feed stimulants.
Our custom-formulated in-house flavour enhancers are also incorporated.
