Tips
- Remember our sweet whey powder can be used to add binding to any mix. Start by adding 5% – 50g per kg mix, you can then adjust accordingly. Adding more will increase the binding, vice versa adding less will decrease the break down time. This is to be added to the dry mix, then mixed very well before wetting.
- We recommend slowly adding water/liquid additives to any mix, be careful not to add too much water. A nice fluffy texture that still breaks down is ideal. Too much water can make a mix go hard. More water can always be added if required, but it can’t be removed.
- 1L pump spray bottle is ideal for wetting mixes, also great for mixing liquid additives with water before wetting mix.
- Once desired texture is achieved keep in an air tight bucket/container, this helps stop it from drying out.

Sodium Caseinate

It has a protein content in excess of 96% and makes a very functional binder. Being one of the lightest of the milk proteins caution should be used as to the inclusion levels as 10% plus can make baits buoyant.

Whole Egg Powder (Premium 60%)

The options may be chosen on the product pageOur Premium Whole Egg Powder is a fantastic binding agent and can be used as a direct replacement for liquid egg. Whole egg powder will firm baits throughout whereas egg albumen will tend to create a tougher skin whilst leaving the centre moist. You can create your liquid egg by mixing it with water, start of mixing 180/230g (18%/23%) of whole egg powder to make 1 litre of liquid egg, remember you can higher the inclusion level which will increase the binding potential of the liquid.
Premium Whole Egg Powder (60%) Contains 60% egg albumen. More % of egg albumen gives much more binding allowing less to be used. Also has a higher protein content and lower fat content, creating a fantastic egg powder.
Due to the high amount of egg albumen in this egg powder you can lower your boiling times by half, this will create a nice rubbery outer skin leaving the centre soft. Vice versa if you require tougher boilies for throwing sticks simply boil for your normal boiling times which will toughen the boilie throughout.
To get the best results when mixing with water, mix thoroughly with a paddle mixer using a drill then leave for at least 2 hours before using.
Start by adding 200g 60% whole egg powder into a large measuring jug, then fill with water to the 1L mark and mix very, very well. It is best to leave for at least 2 hours before using. The % of 60% whole egg powder can be altered going forward if needed, until you achieve your desired binding.
Recommend boiling times with 60% whole egg powder.
12mm – 45 seconds
15mm – 60 seconds
18mm – 80 seconds
These times can again be altered until you achieve your desired texture.

Our Explosive Hemp Groundbait has been formulated to release particles and attraction through all the water layers in your swim attracting fish from far and wide. It is absolutely rammed with highly attractive oily hemp products, mixture of ground pellets and our in house blend of soluble milk powders, creating a cloud of attraction in your swim. It has been designed to hold together allowing it to reach the bottom of the lake bed before it starts to break down, once it reaches the bottom it then explodes creating a cloud of attraction. Can be balled, cupped, used in method feeder, used as a stick mix or as a paste. This ground bait is suitable for PVA mesh and PVA solid bags.

Description
This fantastic fermented shrimp paste is a very similar makeup to liquid belachan. This paste is more pure than the solid belachan block version due to not having any bulk fillers and also takes away the hassle of grating it down. The shrimp content is also very high around 65%, the shrimp is crushed then salt added for preservative, once dried it is then mixed with Lactic Acid Bacteria and left to ferment, whilst being left its proteins are broken down which then realise a wide range of free form amino acids, used by many anglers in there baits and mixes, one definitely not to nee over looked.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 40g per kg base mix.
Great multi-range product, useful for spod/stick/base/pellet mixes etc. Also great for wrapping hook baits

Spirulina
Spirulina is a natural blue-green micro algae which grows naturally in lakes, it has a protein content of approximately 60%, it is also extremely rich in the antioxidants which helps fish fight diseases and has an excellent source of nutrients, B vitamins and minerals. All this makes for a susuperb additive for year-round baits.
Spirulina will also darken your mix it is a natural way to colour your baits, whilst adding all the benefits at the same time.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 5% (50g) per kg base mix.
Almond Concentrate
Almond flavour.
Recommended inclusion levels are 5-10ml per kg base mix. When using a new flavour we always advise creating a small batch of baits and starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
For high attract pop ups & wafters we recommend adding up to 5 ml per 1 egg mix, some flavours are stronger than others so don’t be afraid to experiment.
When adding to your own glugs & liquids we recommend adding at 2% – 5% (5ml – 12ml flavour – 250ml glug), again when using a new flavour we always advise starting with the lower recommended level, you can then add more going forward until you achieve your desired aroma.
To boost your hook baits, you can use our PVA friendly Betaine liquid, DMPT liquid or Glycerine (all found under liquid foods) to dilute your chosen flavour down. Some anglers like to boost their hook baits with neat flavour whilst some like to dilute the strength down. We recommend adding the flavour at 5% (12ml flavour – 250ml booster liquid). This % can always be increased until you achieve your chosen strength. You can also add a wide variety of liquid foods etc adding more attraction to your unique booster.
All our concentrated flavours are of the highest grade/quality available on the market. As with all concentrated flavours and liquids, use in a well ventilated area and always wear safety glasses.
This is a PG based flavour which has been created with nature identical flavourings and has been carefully created to give a very appetising flavour as well as the aroma (smell), some flavours out there are mainly based on aroma chemicals (smell), with the flavour not given much thought.
Medium Mixed Pellets
This devastating pellet mix includes a variety of coppens, skretting, bloodworm and krill pellets in mixed sizes. The best quality feed pellets available, which have been tried and tested by many anglers over the years. Each pellet has a protein content in excess of 40%. The pellet sizes range from 3mm-11mm, these pellets have been developed for use in the aquaculture industry. When blended together the resulting mix is a product, which breaks down at different speeds, leaking powerful attractors and appetite stimulants in the water, constantly pulling fish into the area, suited to both coarse and specimen fishing. This mix can be loose fed, added to groundbait, soaked & made into a paste and also used in PVA bags.
