N-Butyric Acid

The options may be chosen on the product pageN-butyric acid is an outstanding carp attractor it is a totally natural organic acid which has a very pungent stinky aroma. It is normally found in rancid butter, parmesan cheese and vomit, and is completely water soluble which makes it a great additive to use during the cold water temperatures.
Recommended inclusion levels are 1 drop up to 1.5ml (30 drops) per kg base mix.
Caution: Keep away from children, pets and eyes. Do not inhale/ingest. Best wearing Latex gloves, be warned 1 drop of this N-Butyric on your hands or clothes and you won’t get rid of the aroma for quite a few days. Not girlfriend/wife friendly at all. Fluoro Light Blue Bait Dye (Hi-Vis)
This powerful hi-viz light blue fluorescent colour is perfect for creating hi-viz hook baits. This dye is a non-soluble powder so provides a much longer lasting colour once in the water.
Recommended inclusion amount is up to 40g per 1kg pop up mix.
Please note: This is the recommended starting amount. You can add less for a more washed out colour or add more for a brighter/darker colour. Also note you can only make mixes darker with colourants (Dark base mixes/ingredients will not turn into a lighter colour), you may have to remove dark ingredients from your mix to achieve your required colour.

Herring Fish Meal
Another fantastic fishmeal we get asked for on a regular basis. This is a very consistent fishmeal and has a strong pungent fish meal smell to it and is on the darker side in colour. Ot also offers a great protein level (68%) and oil content (8 – 15%) along with essential amnio acids.
Recommend inclusion level is up to 40% – (400g) per kg base mix.
Pineapple Concentrate
This pineapple flavour is another huge fruit favourite and has often been the flavour used in the colder months particularly for high-attract hook baits when used with N-Butyric acid. However, it is also a proven fish catcher throughout the summer.

Fluoro Yellow Wafter Mix
*Our new Coloured wafter mix has been formulated with less buoyancy.
After being asked many many times for a wafter mix we are extremely happy to offer this superb mix. Made with Milk and Egg Proteins thus increasing leakage, it also takes on attractors and flavours extremely well, you will find it easy to use and roll. It has a firm texture but remains soft enough to use with a bait needle without excessive force. This wafter mix has been made on the buoyant side allowing you to add base mix when creating matching hook baits. When being used without any other powders added to the mix a dumbell wafter (12mm size nozzle on a 15mm rolling table) will sit nicely using a size 4 hook with a ring swivel. There is always going to be a little trial and error when creating these sort of hook baits, you can alter the buoyancy of the mix by adding more powders to the wafter mix until you achieve your desired waft. Make sure you write everything down in percentages, you can then alter your percentages until you achieve your required buoyancy, also remember the buoyancy will increase slightly as the hook bait dries out, vice versa once the hook baits takes no water it will decrease the buoyancy. It is important to remember the main part of the process is to dry your hook baits well prior to storing, usually a minimum of 48hrs, it can be slightly longer in the colder months due to extra moisture being in the air, the longer your hook baits are dried the less the moisture content will be helping to prevent mould growth.

New Ultra Buoyant Fluoro Yellow Pop Up Mix
*Please note that you will need to add more of the new pop up mix to your liquid egg than with our original mix, not adding enough pop up mix with create really soft pop ups. You need to add as much pop up mix as you can, stopping just before the dough goes too dry.
This pop-up mix will make extremely buoyant hook baits which will remain buoyant for days (we tested a 12mm for 5 days). We have been asked over and over again for a pop-up mix that is buoyant enough for a 12mm hook bait to hold a size 4 hook up with a ring swivel, look no further this pop-up does just that. The 12mm hook baits we have experimented with have stayed popped up for 5 days, we then stopped testing. Made with Milk and Egg Proteins thus increasing leakage, it also takes on attractors and flavours extremely well, you will find it easy to use and roll. It has a firm texture but remains soft enough to use with a bait needle without excessive force.

Black Iron Oxide (E172)
Black Iron Oxide Dye (E172) full strength colour. This powdered colour has been selected over numerous cheaper alternatives after vigorous testing. This bait colourant will die baits black unlike some of the many colours we tested.

Molasses is a black syrup which is derived from the sugar processing industry. It is a naturally sweet, slightly liquorice-smelling product.
