This fantastic sweetener has a slight cream taste and is around 1500/1800 times sweeter than table sugar. This ultra strong sweetener won’t leave any bitter after taste and lingers in the mouth for some time. An important synergetic quality of NHDC is the enhancing sweet effect if it is combined with other sweeteners. This is many times higher than if you solely use NHDC or a single sweetener. This is where the real power lies! It amplifies the perception of other sweeteners and flavours and is absolutely essential in every sweet bait. Due to the strength increase it does initially smell slightly different but has been formulated with the same flavour.
This MILK E + (Double Strength) is a rich, creamy powder which is widely used to enhance the palatability & intake of feeds & flavours, this highly attractive additive has been used in our industry for some time, it is made from a combination of Lactones and Aldehydes. when using in conjunction with other additives we recommend a starting point of 5-10g per kg base mix.
Recommended inclusion level is around 5-15g per kg base mix .
