Our Betaine HCL is a 98% pure, white crystalline powder. Try dissolving a little in your chosen liquid/flavour and use as a glug for boosting hook baits with. This paste is more pure than the solid belachan block version due to not having any bulk fillers and also takes away the hassle of grating it down.
